They scan license before selling, so they track household by address registered.

Expired licenses with other addresses work as well.

I've seen the screen when they scan / swipe the licence. Iirc it doesn't bring up an address... Can confirm Monday morning.

When scanning my Canadian license they need to manually enter a zip code, I've seen they have the rest of the address there....

there is the surpass maybe...  But for me I use it for meeting spending bonuses just an easy way to buy gift cards when there is no bonus possible.
