Lined Raincoats?

Anyone know where I can find one of these? Preferably 3/4 length. I've tried to find in the malls and online but can't seem to find anything cheaper than Burberry that looks normal...

Century didn't have. I find Calvin Klein stores to be tremendously overpriced. Like they didn't get the memo that their stuff is being sold at a quarter of that price in Marshall's, Century etc.
