Which Bank do you recommend for a small business in NYC

I need a bank that provides outgoing ACH for very little.  I also need a bank that does not charge for incoming international wires. 
I can meet any minimum balances needed.  I have chase already and BOFA isnt an option.

Anyone have experience with td bank?  When I went there the guy said that if I keep a 40k minimum balance that incoming wires would be free and ach would be free.

Looking for a business account for a small sole-proprietorship business. Need to deposit many buying group checks and pay my credit card off from the bank, but also varying different checks and payments from different sources of income.
I can pull up to 1.5k out of savings and leave it in such an account is minimum balance is required.

Smallbusinessbank.com doesn’t charge for remote check deposit. $400 deposit to get a scanner from them, or buy one yourself.
