Target PrePaid RedCARD up for sale

Cost is $35 apiece.

There was a $5 initial card cost, card's loaded with $1

If preferred, instead of mailing I can open and send pictures of the front and back of the temporary card. This will allow instant online registration, and expedite receiving the permanent Redcard.

I charge $20 for the first card, $15 for subsequent cards, all activated with $1 on them. Repeat buyers only have to pay $15 +1 for their additional cards
