Haven't been following this thread since Red card is not available in CA. Just curious, why are people buying from others, is it not available in your stores or your state?

they will not activate new cards in NY and CA. Only pre-activated cards can be used in those states, and most states.

If you activate 1 Redcard/day with your SSN, nothing wrong. But using other people's SSN/making up SSN to activate cards, might be worse.
