Verizon Cell Service in Lakewood
« on: October 20, 2014, 10:31:16 PM »
Any one else suddenly start experiencing dropped calls and bad service in the down the 9 DB area (prospect, Spruce, oak st etc)?
I called verizon a couple of times and they told me that area " became"  a low service area (whatever that's supposed to mean)
Anyone else experiencing these issues or is it mostly concentrated in my office?

Is it better in some locations?

my guess is that he means that there is no longer adequate bandwidth probably due to the growth of the area over the last few years
