just put it in your cart and go through the checkout process. at the very end it will show you.

i combined this order with the $20 off for using 1 amex point to pay. came out very nicely.

The $15 gift card, the first thing, click the "more options" arrow and you can change the denomination.

i bought the paper towels, toilet paper and $15 gc.

the 15$ gc was deducted at checkout.

yes. you need to spend 50 separate of the gc.

Well, it's a good price with the $15 card
