Hi
 
I have just noticed that these Guests are Kosher Clients ,
 
Unfortunately  we do not provide and do not accept Kosher Clients as we ‘ve had problems in the past  , and ever since have stopped accepting Kosher Clients .
 
Please be advised that we will not be able to accommodate this booking .

seems they mean they cant accommodate in the food department-sounds like they think they are expected to provide or be involved in the meals of the clients

Full board rate. Ultra luxury hotel. Client asked to see if they would drop the price without the meals or accommodate kosher. This legal? Very clearly states they have had problems in the past.

am i missing something? they need work in the language skills department but they are saying they cannot accommodate/provide full board for a kosher reservation, (and adjusting price is usually not an option) not surprising

It looks like they're saying that they can't accommodate kosher food because they've had problems with it in the past.

I think the OP should just find out if they will accept the booking at the same rate even if the guests don't eat the food.

Then I would have an room confirmation in my mailbox! Everything went cold now. I didn't ask for kosher food or anything like that. just if there is a rate without full board bc of their diet. I hope your right and I get a response.
