The Hyatt Zilara seems like a decent option. Just remember, you need to call to book that location with your free nights.

They will extend it for another month. May take a few HUCA's. They will also let give you 40K points in exchange for the 2 frre bonus nights.

Thanks! Didn't know about the 40K exchange. Is that a standard offer or do I have to haggle with them for it?
Also, does anyone know how long after card anniversary does the free yearly night post? I have a trip coming up a week after card renews, wondering if it's going to post on time.

I would sell before converting to 40k. Unless you have a hotel in mind where you will get  a lot out of it, selling likely better.

They seem to generally sell for $200-250 each it seems, so that's a value of 1-1.25cpp - I think I should be able to do better than that, no?

HUCAed many many times... They don't budge... They say they recently changed their policy not to extend signup nights. The anniversary nights they can still extend.
