I haven't seen any reports here actually saying it's closed. Maybe a wiki with some statistics would help to find some patterns? I'll start:

Card still open or closed? Open
Age of card? Just under one year
Approximate monthly volume? $5k-$10k
Last large 5% purchase? 10/12/14
Last any purchase 11/22/14

The point is that our guys hit it pretty hard and weren't shut down. (Judging by AJK's posts)

These guys who got shut down must have been doing pretty serious work.

Besides - Designing a card where the real rewards kick in only after 6K spend, they expect high spending on these cards. I'm positing that those of us using this card for moderate MS probably don't have to worry so much, at least until we hear from people we know.
