Reports on FT indicate otherwise.
As little as 5k/mo has been shut down. Most of you know me by now that if when I get shut down you will know it. I have nothing to hide.
Is there any reason to proactively close my card? Only used this card lightly (2500/m)Edit: also, closing on my house could be delayed if credit score goes down.
What would you gain from proactively closing it?
Wouldn't be listed potentially as closed by lender on report. And I don't think I'll be using the card for MS in the future so I don't have much use for it.
I haven't seen any reports here actually saying it's closed. Maybe a wiki with some statistics would help to find some patterns? I'll start:Card still open or closed? OpenAge of card? Just under one yearApproximate monthly volume? $5k-$10kLast large 5% purchase? 10/12/14Last any purchase 10/22/14
Marathon Man on FT owed some crazy amount on his BC, he was hitting it mega hard.
