Is there any reason to proactively close my card? Only used this card lightly (2500/m)

Edit: also, closing on my house could be delayed if credit score goes down.

Wouldn't be listed potentially as closed by lender on report. And I don't think I'll be using the card for MS in the future so I don't have much use for it.
