AmEx A/A'ing Blue Cash Cards

In my Amex cash account one of the offers saved to my account was $10 back from office max over $50 I have used it and now two days later it still shows as my saved offers and statement printed already and no mention of this, what does this mean? is there a problem? I did notice on statement it shows under Office Max travel and entertainment not sure why.

I doubt you'll get shut down just for using it for real spend. The real question here is:

Depends how much you value ever being able to open another AMEX I suppose.

I have yet to see anyone being able to reinstate their account, I spoke with executive office , account manager, and they all said it is final.. but I can appeal via fax if I want.
while I am waiting for the low chance of the appeal going through  I am not sure if I should apply for another old Blue cash or the new Blue cash or maybe another AMex?

I use Amex as my main card all the time even before I started MS. I would love to have a bit of MS on the side of whatever card I get..

I have read that some people got denied Amex cards after closing because Amex showed that their account was closed by Amex and not by the user.

P.s. I had no idea the cancellation was going around since October  or I would have stopped using it
