Oh and once you are switching title, you can also delete the x1000, as this offer ends the end of 2014, that is less than 70 days.

There are eligible hotels that can be had for around $30, but they are located far far away from me :) Anyone have any experience paying others to check in for you?

Some Wyndham properties would still process your stay even if you didn't show up.
Helped me score some points on a promo a few years back.

Maybe call the hotel and try working it out with them. They might be willing.
