IMHO asana combines the best of both wl and wf. I'm a fan :-)
If anyone if interested I can discuss in more depth
I tried Asana twice, but don't really like the interface.

But if it works for you, great!

Anyone use Teamwork Projects?
Seems to have what I'm looking for, but want to know how easy it is to use?

So I setup Trello to manage my worker's workflow.
We have lots of weekly or bi-weekly recurring tasks.

The problem is "The card repeater power up" only creates the card/task at a given time.
It does not add a due date
It does not show all scheduled tasks for the next few weeks

So I'm back to square one

Looking Workflow Management Software that will show recurring tasks and its due dates at set intervals.

Have you tried todoist? You can also sync it with google calendar if that helps with your requirements

Did anyone use these?

I used Asana briefly a while back. You can definitely collaborate and comment, I'm not sure how approving would work but you should probably check it out as it's been a while and they keep adding new features. You can also check out Insightly, I haven't tried it but someone recommended it to me.

How would you compare Asana to Tello? We currently use Trello but checking out Asana is on my todoist.

I haven't used trello in a LONG time, or asana in a long time either, but from what I remember the biggest difference is probably what you see when you first open it up; with Trello you see that big Kanban board whereas with Asana you see a list of projects and when you click on one you can see its tasks, notes, attachments...

They are both free (or have free versions) so it's worth trying them each out for a few mitutes to see what speaks to you

For me, Asana handles recurring task better then Trello but not completely the way I want it.
Trello card repeater will clon a task at any given time, but it won't have a due date.
Asana, When a recurring task is marked complete, it will duplicate all the information into a new task with a new due date. The interval you’ve set for your task’s recurrence will determine the new due date.

Still, both lack the options to see a weekly task on a calendar on a month to month basis.

Wrike seems to do that but is pricey.

ClickUp is pretty new, I've been liking it a lot. They have a free version, and a paid version $5/user/month with more features.

Options. Options. There are a million ones out there.
Changing tracks here. Looking for a consultant that can help my company decide which one is best for us.

Put on your todolist to find a better todolist option :)

If you post a bit of what you're looking for maybe we can give suggestions?
