Kivrei Tzadikim in Israel tours from Yerushalayim

Anyone know of Northern Kivrei Tzadikim day tours that depart from Yerushalayim on Yom Kippur Katan (or Monday and Thursday) I will be in Eretz Yisroel with wife and kid on Nov. 20th which is Yom Kippur Katan. My father will also be there. he goes every year and goes on a bus tour from Bnei Brak to Meron, Tzfas, Tveriah and Amukah on Yom Kippur katan. He says the price usually comes to about $30 or so per person. All I could find from Yerushalayim are basically about $100 per person. I assume I am getting the "American Tourist" price. So I was wondering if anyone has info about tours that give the "Israeli person" price. I am perfectly happy going on a tour that speaks Hebrew or even Yiddish. Thanks for any help.

Looking for a driver or a tour?

I am looking for basically a tour - a bus with 50 people that leaves Yerushalayim at 8 or 9am and gets back 9 or 10 at night. My goal is to save money since I am going to these places to daven. A couple of tidbits from a guy in the front of the bus as we pass something noteworthy is nice but I don't need to pay a guy a few hundred dollars to drive me privately. Once you get to Yerushalayim there are usually papers all over Geulah advertising for these cheap bus trips. I think they come out to around $45.00 per person.

Thanks. The problem is that I am arriving late at night the night before so I won't have time to look for the fliers.
