Lemon Freeze Pie:
In a mixer, whip 1 16oz carton frozen whipping cream
Add 1 container marshmallow fluff and 1 can lemon pie filling and mix
Pour into 3 graham cracker crusts and freeze

Slice apple(s) in half down the middle. Scoop / cut out the core. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with store-bought granola, then bake at 350 for 40 minutes.

Caramel Ice cream Brownie

Regular brownie recipe in a 9x13 pan (a drop underdone - fudgy)
one carton Abe's vanilla parvilicious
Bakers Choice or DeeBest pareve caramel sauce
chocolate chips

Make the brownie, partially thaw and spread the ice cream, refreeze, drizzle the sauce, melt and "pipe" chocolate chips through cut off ziplock bag corner.

Just looked at the link. That's what it started as. We got it from a neighbor and it was so good we asked for the recipe. When we made it for a sheva brachos we left out the peanuts (allergies) and I like it better that way.

To answer the OP's question, my favorite Parave dessert is to wait 6 hours and then have milchig ice cream...

But since that is not the intended response, Viennese Crunch ice cream is a great option, made by Kleins or Mehadrin. Just be wary to not have it too often, because it's great when you have it from time to time, but I found myself getting burnt out of it after getting it too often.

What about Pecan Pie?  Throw in some chocolate chips and serve with parve Snickerdoodle Ice Cream and it can be divine.
