Wow, you have been to some out-there places. Some questions, if I may:
1) Do you travel on miles/points?
2) Are you married?
3) Are you Jewish? (If yes, how do you feel comfortable walking around all those countries?)

I actually don't have a credit card. I don't collect points. I fly business on long hauls. CBS takes care of it for me.

No, I am not married.

Yes, I am Jewish. I've previously posted about how I deal with kosher on the go.
As for kippah, I often wear it even in Muslim countries. I also often wear a Muslim kippah. I've put on teffilin at a bus stop in Morocco, at a cafe in Egypt, etc. I'm more afraid of wearing a kippah in France than most Muslim countries I have been too.

P. S. I have a video of me singing na nach & yechi on top of my lungs on the lectern at the big mosque in Brunei.
