No, I rarely travel for business - But at this point I am a freelancer which means I can work from anywhere. (parnososo krovo loihr - hameivin yovin)

B) My family is very far from very well off, I have been supporting them since I'm 11

I do spend lots of money on travel, but far less than many of you. For instance, this year has seen me in nearly 30 countries and about 40 international flights yet I spent less than 13k including tickets.
I don't churn miles, i don't even have my own credit card or bank account. DDF user CBS has gotten me several great business & first class tickets for the long hauls by buying miles for me etc.

I am not wealthy or well off, i try to earn a living and spend a nice chunk of it on travel. if not now, when?

That pictures of everyone crowding in to watch the tv, reminds me of when I was in the jungle in the Amazon Rainforest, the whole community came together to this boat house to watch the FIFA game that night, was really cool, and good way to pass the short downpour.
Pics?

Some among pictures. At least one looks to be of Silver Beach in USM, am I right?

Also, amazing shots with the whale shark... Still on my scuba diving bucket list.

Yup, There is a little cafe there called the cliff or the lookout that I frequented several times while driving north or south.

Muscat, Oman
(Just a few pics)

The chandelier above the praying hall is 14 meters tall - Apparently its the second largest chandelier in the world.

A major feature of the design of the interior is the prayer carpet which covers the floor of the prayer hall. It contains, 1,700,000,000 knots, weighs 21 tonnes and took four years to produce, and brings together the classical Tabriz, Kashan and Isfahan design traditions. 28 colors in varying shades were used, the majority obtained from traditional vegetable dyes. It is the second largest single piece carpet in the world.

Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque

Notice the Givenchy logo? ha.

Landing & Takeoff was scenic

It seems the Civilian airport shares a runway with the Airforce, it was so cool to see a squadron of figher jets land right above our heads.

Great photos! How long have you been traveling the globe like this?
How far in advance do you plan your destinations?

Thanks, I have been traveling on and off since I am 13.
I don't really plan my trips all that much (i have mentioned that earlier in the thread) For instance, right now I am in Ukraine, but I have no idea where I will be for shabbat or next week. Time to check what kayak is up to.

If you were allowed 1 more trip (g-d forbid) which place would you most want to return to ?
Excluding Israel? Probably Nepal or India.
