No, Its not my pic, Googled it as I drove it at night in the rain...Scariest drive of my Life. Scarier than riding on the roof of an old rickety bus without brakes down a steep mountain on a horrible road in Nepal.

It was new years day, the hospital was closed (with a chain on the doors)
Surgeon (who is a friend of ours) had to gather the anesthesiologists, nurses, guards etc on a day thats considered the most important holiday of the year.
