My best advice for you is to get prices of wood with various shades of again and look at them on your house. To even discuss it here is a recipe for disaster. You have to see it live.

I have sample, but can't upload

Whoever will be doing it should have samples. If you are doing it yourselves then the site where you are buying the stain from should have samples.

Jacobean is considered a very dark color. Minwax Early American is nice, not sure what your judging light by, but it's considered a medium darkness.

Doing 2 coats will make it darker.

Dark walnut is a darker brown with out the reds in it. It's a drop lighter than jacobean.
I personally like early American.
