Here is the quote -

I had to fly with them recently. They are so awful, the food is inedible, the seats really suck. Everyone is boarded onto all the planes via these shuttles which are crowded as hell and uncomfortable. I won't be flying with them again.

Lol idk, they are def up there for the top worst TLV-NYC options.

CMIIW - For that same ~750$ can fly Turkish, get exponentially better food, service and comfort, and get UA miles which are more valuable than DL anyway (even the lowered rate at that price point that Turkish offers).
