Warehouse Manager
Large manufacturer/importer located in Clifton, NJ looking to hire a warehouse manager to oversee warehouse staff and operations and ensure optimal output and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
•   Manage warehouse personnel, including but not limited hiring and firing, optimally allocating employees within and between each department & implementing efficient work methods
•   Assign duties, confirm work quality and enforce schedules.
•   Assure optimal product packaging, labeling and shipping methods.
•   Re-order shipping and packaging supplies as needed.
•   Communicate with shipping vendors and company management.
•   Resolve any issues or difficulties in warehouse operations.
•   Manage accurate and efficient picking and receiving operations.
•   Monitor inventory counts and reconciliation with Inventory Manager.
Requirements:
•   Minimum of 3 years of management capacity, in a distribution and/or production environment.
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•   Supervisory and management skills.
•   Proven ability to effectively lead operations.
•   Strong organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills.
•   Computer skills.
•   Familiarity with warehousing practices and handling methods.

Salary range $60-75K, commensurate with experience.
