SUPERVISOR: Food Service Coordinator
LOCATION: Boston Metro area
HOURS: Temp/Full Time - approx. eight ( 8 ) hours daily
DURATION: 3 days RH/ 3 Days Sukkos/ 3 Days Shm"a-S"T
DATES: 9/9-9/11, 9/23-9/25, 9/30-10/2
DESCRIPTION: KVH Kosher seeks mashgichim to oversee Yom Tov food service program at local universities.
Responsibilities: To insure and maintain KVH kosher standards including but not limited to,
Insuring proper opening and closing procedures.
Insure Bishul Yisrael
Maintain Mashgiach log book
Inspect all incoming deliveries
Insure kosher status is enforced in all designated areas
Maintain regular contact with KVH Rabbinical Coordinator and Field Liaison
Requirements:
Shomer Torah U’mitzvos
Eighteen (18) years of age or older
Hashgacha / kitchen experience preferred
Fluent english
