are u not able to work at a real job and pay someone to look after the family, also im sure that there might be organizations that can help or at least know how to point u in the right direction.

Unfortunately due to my wife's illness we don't live in a heimishe neighborhood as we need to be near the hospital where she is being treated so b&h is not really an option and I can't see any viable option except working online.

I have no idea what organizations dea l with this type of complex issue and would appreciate if anybody could assist me in this if possible.
