To be honest I don't know how to categorize my role. It's technical support for my companies clients, regular customer service issues, maintaining specialized equipment, building random contraptions to help with specific tasks, some data analysis and creating reports, being somewhat on top of any major changes in shipping regulation rules/pricing, reviewing shipping carrier invoices to make sure there's no discrepancies and fix any, helping with testing and ux/ui of our software, I've done some very minor programming for parts of the software,  sometimes I have to pick and pack orders, sometimes manage our warehouse.

So in summary a bit of everything at my current company, well except for sales.

There are sites for free, that will ask you seemingly random questions and if you answer them honestly, it will give you a bunch of ideas for a job, and probably some ideas you didn't think off.
You should find good free ones.
