What is “a basic program”? Without details I doubt you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Looking for someone to design and "make user friendly" a program that can be used fill in words.
I have a document I needs to be filled in, the documents have the same basic text but for each client there are many small details that need to be filled some just basic text and some things based on calculations.

I am looking for someone to write a program that will help and simplify this task for me.

Wholesale - Clothing line seeking 2 separate positions.

1) Seeking a delivery man. Who is polite, responsible and who can put together orders and deliver the products in the tri-state area stores.

Compensation: Hourly rate over $25/hr depending on a few factors.

2) Seeking a fashion minded lady who can help us grow and setup logistics in new cities and manage our current clients outside the tri-state area.

Compensation: Salary and commission option as well.

Use a Google form or Excel spreadsheet, then do a MS Word mail merge. No custom program necessary.

Try Jotform.com. This obviously won't work if you need a program not connected to the internet.
You don't need a programmer for that. If you want to pay programmer rates for that, let me know via PM.

ETA: Just saw AsherO's post. Jotform is an alternative to Google Forms.
