To be honest I don't know how to categorize my role. It's technical support for my companies clients, regular customer service issues, maintaining specialized equipment, building random contraptions to help with specific tasks, some data analysis and creating reports, being somewhat on top of any major changes in shipping regulation rules/pricing, reviewing shipping carrier invoices to make sure there's no discrepancies and fix any, helping with testing and ux/ui of our software, I've done some very minor programming for parts of the software,  sometimes I have to pick and pack orders, sometimes manage our warehouse.

So in summary a bit of everything at my current company, well except for sales.

Probably hard to take the leap and spend money on figuring things out, but there are coaches out there who can help you evaluate your options. Try to find someone who has good reviews.

Shaina Keren comes to mind just because I see her posts on LI, but I haven't worked with her. I'm sure there are others too.
