If the seller is based in china or the product is not fulfilled by Amazon let the buyer beware he may have to wait/fight for his money back, and the likelihood of it shipping is slim to none.

The guy is a scammer! Why should you take any of his words for real? There're scammers everywhere. In criminal psychology, killers tend to dump the body parts away from them, the farther away the better! In this case, America would be the farthest from Beijing, just saying.
