Weird, I didn't see the option in my order to cancel it, so I emailed him telling him so. He replied, it's cancelled. I then got an email saying it was cancelled by the customer. Can he cancel for me if I asked him to?
I was in Jerusalem, so (a) didn't get a phone call (b) it was cancelled by the time I checked email motzei Shabbos. And it was a generic email "Hello yaakov..." -my name's not Yaakov
