Not very long, everything is already very high in this area.

Yeah I have experience with altitude...

I had a few friends who went to help the Shliach in Cusco. They told me that for the first few days he didn't let them lift a finger in the Chabad House. They felt really bad because after all they came to help but he told them it's not worth it for him. If they would help even with light things before they fully acclimatized they would be out of commission for the rest of their stay..
