If you don't do any efforts, this attitude shouldn't pose problems.
Go for a 200m jog, or carry 3 suitcases into a car, and you suddenly feel knocked out.

Yes, unfortunately.
I want to add that she traveled solo without proper equipment or guide.
Unfortunately, many Israelis after the army are penniless, but very confident of their physical conditions, and do all sorts of things...
