Incoming flight question
« on: November 07, 2014, 11:59:08 AM »
I have a pax on the noon flight (3005) LGA-YYZ (was supposed to be on 9 AM but he missed the flight...).
When I click through on AA.com for incoming flight information it says it's flight 9810 which is going from JFK-LGA. Does that mean they are positioning a plane from LGA for his flight? How long does that usually take??

Thanks

That I'm aware of, and if that holds he'll be fine. Just doesn't seem that the plane has departed JFK yet
