The law has nothing to do for Brazilian residents, it has to do with where the flight leaves from. Singapore has high fuel surcharge fees too, but if you book their flight from GRU to BCN, those fuel surcharges disappear.

Premium economy is more like business class on intra us flights and even better.


I don't remember which date it was but I saw for 36k
I searched many dates and it didn't work for me

And therefore you can't upgrade for $150, its treated as an entirely separate class with a different seat and premium service.
