I've been using this system for years, ever since price-line started. I also use a canceled cc, and can tell if my price was accepted if they tell me my card declined. If it wasnt accepted I get the page to make a new offer.

Yes, but you can't repeat the request again for a lower price until after 1am - so if your price got accepted you probably want it. What much do you gain by first seeing if it was accepted. If you bid it, you were willing to take it.

Vayama hidden airlines seems to be a good option. Their flights are usually cheaper and anyone with half a brain on kayak can see exactly which flights you will end up getting.

Clue me in. Are you referring to getting more bids by choosing another zone without that star rating? Or something else?

Does anybody know if there us a underage fee if I book with priceline? Also when I select one way it only lets me return to airport if I would to call Hertz wpuld they change it To a city location ? and lastly do I get triple Hertz points when I rent thru pl?

As long as you write that you're underage the fee should be included IME.
