Just checked the website:

You get what you pay for- the wifi was completely unusable when I flew two weeks ago

They did cancel, it didn't show up up in my reservation, after tweeting and Huca'ing I gave up. A couple of days ago I checked my reservations and to my surprise, my Chauffeur service reappeared. I did make my Chauffeur reservations before January. Not sure what did it. Possibly the DOT complaints (Not me)

I found plenty of EK F availability on alaska past April, looks like what ever the issue was, was resolved.

I don't know how much experience you do or don't have with using AS.com, but I've had a bunch.

And there seems to be a 50/50 chance on it being phantom.

About 10 days ago I was able to book first class NYC-DXB-AMN for a friend, it was not showing up in Alaska, but ExpertFlyer had the flight available in Z class, I Hucad a couple of times and got it. Should be far easier if it is actually showing up on Alaska
