EF is showing me Z3 for NYC-DXB, but AS doesn't show anything. I have to HUCA away to get this booked ?

Tell AS you want to do a Manual Long sell and send Emirates a message to confirm the seats, Most agents will tell you they are not allowed to do it, but HUCA away and eventually an agent will do it.

If AS, and EF are not showing EK availability is there any other way to check - like star alliance has with UA, ANA, and AC - or is that it ?

The partner fee is non-refundable if cancelled.

I *believe* it's even non-refundable if you cancel <24 hours.

Was due to phantom availability that appeared on their website. Website showed 3 seats as bookable but when I booked 2 on one account the third went away. So I cancelled.
