let's say I book a flight from JFK-DXB-AMM but the flight from DXB-AMM leaves at 10:00pm but when I arrive to DXB I ask them if they can change my flight to the 2:00pm flight any chance of that happening even if there is availability?

To book in J all away through to AMM the price is the same 72.5K so it really doesn't make a difference if I'm willing to pay for DXB-AMM if necessary.

B"H the 2pm flight opened up in F and a got it!

I guess you have to check as many times as possible during the day and hope they release some seats, but now with all this not showing availability in F don't know what will happen.
