RUSH is bringing customers to their site that might purchase other merchandise while there.
It's a marketing campaign, as well as buying email addresses from new people that sign up.

Yah I won last night--pretty good feeling as im going to sleep get an email that I won with a link to purchase.
The website was a little glitchy with the "you won" banner disappearing but got it to go through.

+1, it's the digital version of a mall with a car giveaway sweepstakes. Without the data selling.
