Author Topic: What's the best way to book? (Read 735231 times)

Hang on there. you might want to do some googling first. I booked a flight with them for my bro and I received an email confirmation from them yet when my brother showed up at the airport he was informed there was no such booking and he had no choice but to pay out of pocket for a flight that began boarding already to Israel. (they initially wanted 4k but he fought his way down to 1100$). Afterwards I saw online 100s of complaints against them..

After filing a complaint with the DOT justfly split the difference in fair and gave me a 150$ airline credit which I am hesitant to use with them..

Look I can only tell you my experience,

I used them last week through kayak was $40 cheaper than the rest, BA flight showed up immediately on ba.com & flown no problem
