Only one option - pay cash (litteraly).

You can also try hidden city, for example TLV-CAI-FRA.

You can book that online? I thought there was no way to fly TLV-CAI online

Following the departure of mubarak, I would wish that Egyptair fully incorporate Airsinai as a subsidiary, so we can use star alliance points to book it.
