Your next best bet is LAN if you can get your hands on them since they're the only ones that don't charge YQ on BA. You'll still have to pay the UK departure tax though.

After LAN, use whichever points you find least valuable or have an abundance of (AA / BA). Don't waste AS on this.

CX is only 80k RT on One World partners. Not sure about taxes.

Not sure if this is the perfect thread for this, but need to book flights for 2 adults PHL-MIA RT. I can either use 30k Avios or pay $280 total, but not sure which one to do. Using 30k Avios when flights are that cheap is a bad redemption, right?

I personally would do the cash. But if you have tons of Avios and can make lots more easily then why not use the avios
