Are you sure its lie flat? Could be I am wrong but I dont believe ive ever seen a 737-800 thats lie flat.

AA/UA/DL 30k with no YQ (AA charges low YQ on IB metal and high YQ on TATL BA flights)

If you're flying from NYC it could be cheaper to use IB for IB metal via MAD

AC is good for LX or other partners that don't have YQ.
ANA has YQ on most partners but if your overwater carrier is Ua then you might find value there.
IB and DL are AMEX partners

seems that way but eveytime i try to simulate a booking it will either change the amount of miles required or error out on me. extremely frustrating. also, its not showing me any direct flights on DL
