Just regular domestic fees which is $5.60.

You can have a connection. That's not the same thing as a stopover. Does UA fly direct NYC-PSP?

How do you book business seat on AA and US from NYC to West Coast on a nonstop on way?
BA is entirely to much on a two their flight.

Which is why you'd have to do something like NYC-LAX-PSP, but it doesn't have to be 2 tickets. You can connect in LAX, you just can't stop in LAX.

How do I book a domestic flight on Lufthansa? Can it be done online ? I tried and I get a message that they don't fly this route
