NYC-KPB in J?
If you meant KBP & you're up for a challenge you can try booking PS J through EY

So I saw on awardhacker.com JFK GIG J is 45K CX points 1 way:

1. Is there YQ with CX, if yes how much is the fee?.

2.  I noticed there is a fee to sign up with Marco Polo, anyways to wave the fee other then having a co branded CX card?.

3. Is AA available to CX based on AA Saver award?.

Thanks-

1. IINM there shouldn't be YQ when flying AA

2. You need to sign up to Asia Miles not Marco Polo.

3. Yes

NYC-SDQ, found flights on Delta for 65k RT in Y, which seems a bit excessive.
Any better way to book this flight ?

WN to PUJ is probably a much better option.

ETA:  Often ~22k RT + ~$110. From LGA.

BKK to NYC OW July 28th 2016.  2 adults and 2 lap children. Cathay premium economy and regular economy are 3,000 - 3500 plus  meaning the lap children tickets themselves will cost about $600-700.
 Any suggestions?

Any particular airline to book (with decent mileage) and cheaper lap tickets?

If you book with BA you only pay 10% of the adult miles + taxes.

True but with the SPG-AC bonus, and possibly 17 day SPG-OZ wait time, plus the phone call verus AC which is a much faster xfer time and can be booked online.
