To be more clear, fly JFK-FRA-ZRH-TLV.
Its pretty fast
that doesn't seem worth it just for a tease of sq suites. You're probably better off just going straight from jfk-zrh-Tlv on LX j or go with LH F jfk-muc-Tlv or jfk-Fra-Tlv

Matter of personal preference, I would definitely do it, but then again I lean more to the AJK type thinking.

If you're going LH F, its a sin to go via MUC and not via the FCT in FRA

well if there is availability I would rather go through Fra (even though it takes roughly 2 hours more) But it seems like there is more availability via MUC

And FCT isn't what it used to be.

its $100 for a stopover (over 24 hours)
To book the second award you just call up and book the whole flight over the phone. you wont get the 15% discount you get when booking online

Thanks. If my SQ flight is in F (suites) what would the stop over be in (also F - or highest available which wouls probably be J for this flight)?

We are flying from Tokyo to Singapore in F with SQ, but ultimately flying back to Israel from Kuala Lumpur. So need to get from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur.

So you need to book the JFK-FRA leg also on the phone and not get the discount? Then it will cost more than the 75K mentioned above.

What are you referring to? I have been there many times over the last 5-6 years, most recently 2-3 months ago, and havent noticed anything different.

They are telling me that they can't book ow on skyteam, Huca? Also, do they share the same inventory as delta and af? They are not seeing the flights...

Thanks. If my SQ flight is in F (suites) what would the stop over be in (also F - or highest available which wouls probably be J for this flight)?

Your question isnt clear. are you asking which lounge you'll have access to on the stopover? or what class you'll sit in for the FRA-TLV leg? the answer to the latter question is J, but you'll have to pay F price all the way through.
So you need to book the JFK-FRA leg also on the phone and not get the discount? Then it will cost more than the 75K mentioned above.
no 75k is the price with no discount
It might make sense to just book JFK-FRA online and then book FRA-TLV in J or Y separately
Huh? Have you been to both? FCT and FCL in FRA and MUC, ARE EXACTLY THE SAME!!!!!!!!

(FCL being a little bit smaller, thats all)
FCL in MUC isn't standalone, doesnt offer personal assistant at check in, doesnt have cigar lounge, the bar is much smaller, and I dont think it offers day beds? Its also much more crowded.
AZ can only book RT.
one way should be 60% of rt (48k) http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2014/11/20/use-alitalia-miles/#comment-3305484 I Apologize for mistakenly saying it was 40k
They are telling me that they can't book ow on skyteam, Huca? Also, do they share the same inventory as delta and af? They are not seeing the flights...
AZ reps are just terrible, dan suggests calling during Italian business hours to reach better reps, feed them the flight piece by piece
DL is 70k.
Its 62.5K for travel before Jan 1st, however they add YQ to flights originating in Europe.
