AMS (or close by surrounding cities) to NYC  preferably in Business or F I have a ton on MR, UR and some SPG also have AA, UA and AS points,  I'm coming off a 14 hour  GA F CGK AMS so I will be very tired and need to get to NYC right away max 1 day later flight.

EY on Brussels J is not an easy award to get.

Thanks!
