I am looking to fly from ORD-LAX stay for shabbos then fly from LAX-KOA for 4 days and then KOA-SFO spend shabbos there and fly back from SFO-ORD. What are my best options in terms of points?

looking to book nonstop roundtrip award booking for one person NYC-TLV in Jan with free award cancellation

Is my best option Turkish (32K each way) or ANA(32.5K each way) on United metal? Bu I think both still have cancellation penalties?
