AA is better @ 75k + $84.90, on Royal Air Maroc CMN-CDG-HEL-BKK.

There's also EuroBonus, but with EgyptAir (yuck for me) @ 78k + $0 via CMN-CAI-IST-BKK.

Going to add a lap infant so I believe that AC it’s free but otherwise it will cost $20ish I think

Depends, how long is the voucher is valid for, do you have any other trips in mind to use to voucher. Do you have AC points you're looking to burn.
Keep in mind if you use the voucher you'll also earn points on the ticket.
Both options make sense
