Hi, if this has been answered elsewhere, please forgive me. I did search....
I am interested in using AA to TLV.
I want to originate in BOS and want to fly in J.
Thinking about BOS-DUS-TLV or BOS-DOH-AMM-TLV:

1. For BOS-DUS-TLV: is BOS-DUS (on AB) bookable by phone with AA yet? And could I include DUS-TLV (which stops in TXL) on the same award ticket?

2. For BOS-DOH-AMM: I can see availability on BA for each leg. I presume I need to PUTPAC AA to book? Is there any way to include AMM-TLV on the same award ticket? (and where do I look for RJ availability?)

Thanks in advance.

1. You can search all those legs on AA.com and then call AA to piece it together.
Yes, you can include DUS-TXL-TLV on the same award ticket.

2. You need to call AA to book that.
Yes you can include AMM-TLV on the same award ticket.
Use AA.com to search for RJ space.

Thanks!
Somehow, I knew you would say that, even though it's only the A350 and "only" in J, not F.  And you think I can include the AMM-TLV leg on the same ticket?

Yes you can.

It is a pretty nice J. I think so.
Ok, I'll work on it and report back when I book. Thanks again.

DW says "no" to BOS-DOH-AUH/DXB-TLV "this time."

Next question: can I book LHR/CDG/MAD/etc.-DOH-BOS on QR in J for 67,500 AA? There must be discussion somewhere of ex-Europe to US via QR/EK/EF but I can't find it.

Thanks again!

ETA--I think I found the answer and it looks like yes for QR! http://onemileatatime.boardingarea.com/2014/06/08/american-aadvantage-award-routing-rules/

Another ETA: How about this routing on QR?
LHR-DOH (A380)
DOH-BOS (A350)

I imagine availability is tough on the LHR-DOH route. Any guidance here?

You can NOT book Europe to USA via the middle east on 1 award. It will be 2 awards for 30k+67.5k in J.

Availability is much better on CDG-DOH than LHR-DOH.

Hello,

I have 115,393 Avios, 66,000 Ultimate reward points, and 132,000 American Express points. I would like to fly a family of 7 to TLV from NYC, around July. I was originally planning to do it through BA with their 30,000 point ticket to TLV on Air Berlin, but they discontinued that. Any other options someone can recommend? Thank you for your time.

Assuming they all needs seats you don't have enough for all. Even at 60k RT you would still be 106k short. Unless your referring to OW?

Is AMM-DOH-BOS for your return an option?

Might be.
Depends on whether we can get to TLV between YK and Sukkot in the first place.
