1. You can search all those legs on AA.com and then call AA to piece it together.
Yes, you can include DUS-TXL-TLV on the same award ticket.

2. You need to call AA to book that.
Yes you can include AMM-TLV on the same award ticket.
Use AA.com to search for RJ space.

DW says "no" to BOS-DOH-AUH/DXB-TLV "this time."

Next question: can I book LHR/CDG/MAD/etc.-DOH-BOS on QR in J for 67,500 AA? There must be discussion somewhere of ex-Europe to US via QR/EK/EF but I can't find it.

You can NOT book Europe to USA via the middle east on 1 award. It will be 2 awards for 30k+67.5k in J.

Availability is much better on CDG-DOH than LHR-DOH.

I have 115,393 Avios, 66,000 Ultimate reward points, and 132,000 American Express points. I would like to fly a family of 7 to TLV from NYC, around July. I was originally planning to do it through BA with their 30,000 point ticket to TLV on Air Berlin, but they discontinued that. Any other options someone can recommend? Thank you for your time.

Assuming they all needs seats you don't have enough for all. Even at 60k RT you would still be 106k short. Unless your referring to OW?
