If you really want to go around the world... Go NYC-LHR.. Then LHR-AUH with Etihad apts then to MNL

Bump, nothing with UA either.
(with AA there's actually a few hundred in YQ so I guess that's not option #1 anyhow)

Maybe book a cheap ticket to a main city in Europe for example Frankfurt & from there you have many mileage options
